Circle on Cavil

A project completed while with the in-house Design and Management team at Sunland Group.

Circle on Cavill opened in 2006 – as a major urban revitalization site in Surfers Paradise.

Two residential towers rise from a mixed use podium. The retail component on the Ground Floor is focused on a central plaza which connects to existing pedestrian footpaths by way of three open-air promenades.  

Working closely with the Local Authority – the urban design qualities of the scheme aimed to provide new possibilities and convenience to this major city infill site.
